On Jodia Bazaar chemicals depicted mixed trend per Kg: caustic soda flakes Saudi quoted at Rs 47, N.J. Taiwan rose by Rs 13 to Rs 165. Formic acid from Germany down Rs 2 to Rs 106. Petroleum jelly PVA Japan rose by Rs 3 to Rs 205, Sitara Caustic Soda flakes ended lower by Re 1 to Rs 45. Rangolite 'C (per pound) from China rose by Rs 2 to Rs 73 and from Germany quoted at Rs 92.
On Tuesday grams prices maintained uppish trend grams 50x50 rose by Rs 100 to Rs 3950, while the other type was seen at Rs 4150. Dal was also higher by the same amount to Rs 4700 and the better type was seen at Rs 4900. Yellow peas Canada rose by Rs 50 to Rs 75 to Rs 2925, while the other type was seen at Rs 3075. On Wednesday weakening trend was marked in commodity wholesale market where rice value fell said to be due to break up in rice exports, Irri-6 Sindh was quoted lower at Rs 2775, while the other type was marked at Rs 2800. On the seed side rapeseed Nawabshah shed Rs 100 to Rs 1700, while the other type was quoted at Rs 1725. Rapeseed from Dadulane shed same amount to Rs 1250 and the other type was quoted at Rs 1300, same item from Mirpur lost Rs 125 to Rs 1625, while other type was quoted at Rs 1650.
On Jodia Bazaar jute goods twine (per kg) 20x3 brown quoted at Rs 100, Hessian cloth (per 91.44 meters) 45x10 rose by Rs 450 to Rs 3000, 45x11 rose by Rs 200 to Rs 3000, 50x9. On Saturday the Karachi Grain and Seeds Merchant Group did not issue the rates on Saturday due to some unavoidable circumstances.

LDPE: 374 went higher by Rs 6.50 to Rs 76.50 and MG 70 finished up by Rs 8 to Rs 85. LLDPE: W118 finished upward by Re 1 to Rs 67 and 7087 was quoted at Rs 68.75. POLYPROPYLENE (FILM): India closed higher by Rs 3 to Rs 63. POLYPROPYLENE (TAPE GRADE): India moved upward by Rs 2.50 to Rs 62.50, Kuwait went higher by Rs 2.50 to Rs 62.50 and Saudia edged up by Rs 2.50 to Rs 62.50. POLYPROPYLENE (INJECTION GRADE): Saudia closed higher by Rs 2.75 to Rs 62.75 and India edged up by Rs 2.75 to Rs 62.75. POLYSTYRENE: Pakistani was quoted at Rs 4,209. COPOLY: Block went higher by Rs 2 to Rs 67 and Randon moved upward by Rs 4 to Rs 76. HIGH IMPACT (Per bag): Pakistani was quoted at Rs 4514. ABS: Polylac 707 was quoted at Rs 5,300.
